Factory Inspection, or Shiver Star 4.
The music is "Factory Inspection" from Kirby 64
Kirby is owned by Nintendo and all rights to their franchise and music belong to them.
The characters in the screenshots were made by Tdude, except for Heavy Lobster who was made by slug.
