Whoa, smokestack lightnin'
Shinin' just like gold

This is a power station that's modeled after an annex building with an amazingly generic name ''building no.7'' from the rocky mountain laboratory complex in Hamilton, Montana.

Its modeled in its original form, so it has a brick smokestack instead of steel.

It works as an oil powerplant, and it pollutes. Most stats are the same as the vanilla oil powerplant.

I was having the same issue as @MeteredPotatoCorp - I went into Customize It! and noticed the Resource Capacity value was set to 200,000, 10 times the vanilla oil plant with a value of 20,000. I set it to 20,000 for this asset and it seems to be working now.

I just plopped this down in my game...new town, first power plant. It said it had like 150 weeks of fuel straight off. But it said it was low on fuel and it's running at half power. A bunch of trucks came to supply it and it went up to 300 weeks, then down to 2 weeks, then back up to 200 and something weeks Not sure what's going on here. Is it the asset or a mod? I dunno but I plopped another power plant and it behaved normally.
