Esta es una guía sobre como instalar el mod EVOLUTION para los 3 juegos de la saga trails in the Sky, La forma de instalar el mod es exactamente la misma para los 3 juegos solo cambian el nombre y la cantidad de archivos dependiendo del juego.

Es extremadamente recomendable hacer Backups de todos los archivos reemplazables, esto para evitar tener que descargar todo el juego desde 0 en caso de cometer un error,

Si este juego se vuelve a actualizar (Ultimo Update: ENE 2022) Es casi seguro que el mod dejara de funcionar, por lo que tendrán que esperar a que se actualice el mod y que yo actualice la guía

El mod de doblaje es obligatorio hasta el paso 6 de esta guia, los pasos 7, 8 y 9 pueden instalarse individualmente sin importar si tienes el doblaje instalado o no.

Después de probar el mod en todos los juegos, encontré 2 fallos que se comparten entre los 3 juegos, uno bastante simple que es facil solucionarlo y otro que puede que evite que experimentes el mod al 100%.

Ambos problemas los mencionare en sus respectivos pasos de instalación.

This is a guide on how to install the EVOLUTION mod for the 3 games in the Trails in the Sky saga. The way to install the mod is exactly the same for all 3 games, only the name and number of files change depending on the game.

It is highly recommended to make Backups of all replaceable files, this to avoid having to download the entire game from 0 in case of making a mistake,

If this game is updated again (Last Update: JAN 2022) It is almost certain that the mod will stop working, so you will have to wait for the mod to update and for me to update the guide

After testing the mod on all games, I found 2 bugs that are shared between all 3 games, one quite simple that is easy to fix and one that may prevent you from experiencing the mod at 100%.

Descomprime el archivo "SoraVoiceLite_20220120.7z", se usa este mismo archivo para los 3 juegos.

1. Dentro hay un archivo llamado "dinput8.dll" y una carpeta llamada "Voice", estos archivos los vas a agregar a la carpeta raíz del juego´.

2. Los archivos deberas verlos como se muestra en la segunda imagen.

En este paso se instalara el doblaje de las voces al pelear,originalmente estas voces son las unicas que se escuchan en el juego vanilla y en doblaje al ingles. fuera de eso, el juego es totalmente silencioso en voces.

Descomprime el archivo "Battle Voice" correspondiente a tu juego

1. Dentro encontraras algunos archivos .dir y .dat", estos archivos debes copiarlos y pegarlos en la carpeta raiz del juego

2. Los archivos deberas verlos como se muestra en la segunda imagen.

En esta parte deberas probar el funcionamiento del mod de doblaje,

NOTA: NO ES NECESARIO REALIZAR LOS SIGUIENTES PASOS (a excepción de la cuarta indicación en este paso), ESTOS SOLO SON DE EJEMPLO PARA VERIFICAR QUE EL MOD SE ESTE EJECUTANDO, SI NO QUIERES REALIZARLOS, SOLO ABRE EL JUEGO CON NORMALIDAD.

De todas formas te daras cuenta que el mod funciona o no xD

Abre el juego en modo ventana, esto lo haces iniciando el juego desde tu biblioteca de steam, no desde el acceso directo del juego

1. Selecciona la segunda opción en el cuadro de lanzamiento de steam, para abrir el cuadro de configuración del juego

2. Sigue las siguientes instrucciones

a) - Cambia la resolución del juego por una mas pequeña que la nativa de tu monitor
b) - Verifica que la opcion "Window mode" se encuentra seleccionada, si estas usando la resolucion completa de tu monitor, esta opcion aparecera como "Borderless window mode"
c) pulsa el boton "Start Game"

3. - Si el mod fue instalado correctamente, en la parte superior aparecerá el texto "SoraVoiceLite", esto es buen indicador de que el mod esta funcionando.

Inicia tu partida y verifica con personajes importantes que las voces se escuchen

4.- Abre las opciones dentro del juego y cambia la opcion "Voices" a "Japanese", con esto las voces de las peleas ahora se escucharan en japones también.

Paso/Step #6 Volumen de doblaje/Dubbing Volume

Es normal que notes que las voces suenan considerablemente mas alto que volumen general del juego, como en este ejemplo:

En este paso te explicare como solucionarlo

1. Cierra tu juego y abre la carpeta "Voice" dentro de los archivos que ya has instalado, notaras que se han creado 2 archivos llamados "ed_voice", usa el block de notas para abrir el archivo con extension .ini

2. Dentro encontraras una linea con el nombre "Volume =", por defecto el volumen esta fijado en 100, puedes modificar este valor entre 0 y 100, para mi gusto "20" fue un valor excelente, pero esto puede variar para cada persona.

Al finalizar guarda los cambios y prueba nuevamente tu juego, si notas que el volumen es mas alto o muy bajo, repite el procedimiento hasta ajustarlo a tu gusto.

1. Primero debes buscarlos en la carpeta raíz del juego y respaldaros en una carpeta diferente,esta carpeta puede ser usada para respaldar otros archivos.

2. Después copia y pega los archivos del mod en la carpeta raiz del juego y remplaza todos los archivos.

3. La carpeta marcara los archivos remplazados.

Abre nuevamente tu juego y verifica que el arte haya cambiado

Paso/Step #8 Soundtrack

Descomprime el archivo "Music Mod" correspondiente a tu juego,

1. Dentro habra archivos .ogg algunos de ellos tienen nombres como "- PROTO1" o "ALT1" , esto significa que esa pista tiene una versión alternativa,

2. Escucha los soundtracks que cuenten con una pista alternativa y el que decidas que vas a usar, borrales el "-PROTO1" o "ALT1" , los que no uses te recomiendo que los saques de esa carpeta

3. Crea una copia de la Carpeta BMG dentro de los mismos archivos del juego

4. Renombrar esa copia como "BMG1",

5. Copia y remplaza los archivos del "Music mod" en la carpeta "BMG1",

Abre el juego y dentro de las opciones in-game en la opcion "Background Music" debera aparecer las opciones "OFF", "Original" y "BMG1" ó "Unnamed Pack" ,siendo este ultimo el nuevo paquete de audios.

LAS IMAGENES DE EJEMPLO PARA ESTE PASO QUEDARAN PENDIENTES HASTA QUE LOGRE ENCONTRAR UNA SOLUCION PARA LOS PROBLEMAS DE PANTALLA NEGRA

Descomprime el archivo "Videos" correspondiente a tu juego, dentro habra algunos archivos. dat, avi y ogg, toma nota de sus nombres

1. Respalda los archivos originales, la mayoria de los encontraras en la carpeta raiz del juego, los archivos ogg. los encontraras en las carpetas BGM

2. Copia los archivos .dat y los videos .avi en la carpeta raiz del juegos y remplazalos por los originales.

3.Copia los archivos .ogg y remplazarlos por los originales en la carpeta "BGM" y "BGM1", es importante que hagas esto por que algunas cinematicas tienen el audio separado, si no haces esto el video se escuchara desfasado o no tendrá sonido.

4. Abre el juego, deberas ver el logo de falcom remasterizado al iniciar el juego.

Si al abrir el juego se queda una pantalla en negro, entonces sera necesario que instales un programa para poder hacer funcionar las cinemáticas.

Simplemente instala el programa en tu ordenador y reintenta abrir el juego, ahora si deberia funcionar.

Aunque en mi caso encontre un pequeño error, y es que solamente el intro del logo no respeto el audio y se escucha la pista del intro original, aparte de eso no encontré ningun problema

Trails FC - Traduccion Español

El traductor de este juego por fin ha sacado el parche para jugar este juego al español con la version ENE 2022, pero no todo es tan bueno como parece, el mod sigue siendo incompatible de cierta forma con el mod Evolution

Si quieres jugar el juego en español con doblaje japones, te recomiendo solo instalar el parche hasta el paso 4.

Pero si queres la experiencia evolution completa y en español me temo que no sera posible, si tienes suerte puede que te funcione a medias, pero debido a que el mod de traduccion usa algunos archivos que tambien usa el mod Evolution, esto genera un conflicto que hace que los menus del juego se vean en español pero todos los dialogos siguen en ingles.

A veces con un poco de suerte el juego si abre totalmente en español, pero cosas como los acentos aparecen con un cuadro negro o un garabato
