Simple Warm-up routine I created...
Reflex Rounds
Round 1: Reflex with Large icons. Forgiving and meant to just let you get into the groove.
Round 2: Reflex with Medium Icons. Less forgiving, work on tighter shots.
Round 3: Reflex with small Icons. Practice and get better.

Flick Shot
Round 1: Flick Shot practice with larger icons. Warm up and restore muscle memory
Round 2: Tighten you shots and get better
