This mod adds a character named "Prescription Addict"

He starts with 1 Red Heart, 1 Soul Heart, "PHD", "Mom's Bottle of Pills", "Synthoil", "Roid Rage", and "Speed Ball"

Base Stats:
Speed: 1.25
Tears: 2.80
Damage: 4.50
Range: 6.50
Shot Speed: 1.00
Luck: -2.00

The character is the blank space on the select screen

This is a joke mod, it was also only made in an hour (lol)

!ONLY WORKS WITH REPENTANCE!
