Description
Adds a completely new starting technology that gives auto learning and research. The "Automated Exploration Protocols" and "Positronic AI" technologies are still available for research.

Potentially should be compatible with all mods.

I might still need this, as NSC or ESC or something does not auto-explore research and allow auto-explore of ships.

This mod is not needed anymore as it gets added into the game with version 3.4.4
