Rollermines but awesome.
They're up to no good, will probably steal your liver.

How to make a Rollermine Girl zombie SNPC that chases and attacks you or other NPCs.

Phase 1: Download this.

Phase 2: Download Lethal Necrotics Reanimated: Half-Life 2.

Phase 3: Launch your Garry's Mod game.

Phase 4: Open the LNR Misc. folder in the NPC spawn menu.

Phase 5: Click on the "Random Playermodel Zombie" icon. This will spawn one random zombie SNPC based on your downloaded playermodels.

The end result: If you're (un)lucky, you get... ZOINKS! A zombie Rollermine Girl SNPC! Open fire or run for your life!

The irises being the same color as the eyeliner/lashes make her look wall-eyed, since it makes the black parts of her eyes look like the pupils.
