First things first, i want to say that not all characters in Team Fotress 2 say the same line, they say it with different words but mean the same thing.

The hell is "premium"?

If you don't know yet, you need premium to talk in TF2 official servers. This means that you need to have bought at least one thing from the Mann Co. store or the community market. I recommend you buy anything that's at least 5 bucks. BUT, if you don't wanna do that, you can just go to a community server and you can talk there. You can do that by pressing the green button at the top right of your screen when at the main menu, then find "Community servers" and join any server. It doesn't have to be a specific server, you can join any server.

If you join a community server though, you'll see doors. Focus on the BLUE and RED doors. Don't TOUCH anything else, don't THINK of anything else, don't LOOK at anything else. Well obviously, you need to look at other things so you can find the BLUE and RED doors, but when you look at something that isn't BLUE or RED colored doors, go look at something else that is actually the RED and BLUE colored-
You understand.

And if you join an official TF2 server like a Causal server, you won't see doors, you'll be applied to a random team.

Now that we have that outta the way, let's learn the main thing we're here for: How to say "Need a dispenser here!"

First, when you see BLUE or RED doors, dependng if you joined a community server or not, click one of them. Doesn't matter which one, just one of them. If you joined an official TF2 server, like a Casual server, you will see 9 classes and not doors, because you we're automatically assigned to one.

Anyway, after you see 9 classes at the top of the screen, choose any class. Doesn't have to be a specific one, just any.

Specific settings

First of all, we need to put in a specific button for the 2nd voice menu. By default, it's the X key. You can modify it to be any key you want.

The hell is a voice menu?

A voice menu is a box on the left side of your screen with multiple voice lines you can say by hitting specific numbers. For an example: By pressing X, the default key for the 2nd voice menu, you will see numbers on the left of your screen. Those numbers will have words next to them, explaining what they make your character say. The one we're looking for is the number 5 with the words "Dispenser Here". Don't look at any other numbers, though. Those aren't the words you're looking for.

Now after you found the number 5, with "Dispenser here" next to it, all that's left is to press 5. After you press it, you said the line.

And like i said, they don't say the same thing, they say it with different words, but mean the same thing.
