Russian Navy Typhoon Class Submarine TK-20 "Severstal"

NEW ESCAPE POD ADDED

Updated the conning tower so it now has a working bad weather deck

I updated the "Logo" on the sub so it is the right one also i added a secont torpedo and made the SOS signal nicer looking. The rocket should now work at least a bit better.
