Gorlath's Medieval CE Ratkin Rebalance

Description
This mod rebalances a few ratkin pieces from both the base mod and also apparel+ to work with Combat Extended and Third Age better. This is intended to be used with a medieval mod.
Load this mod after CE, all Ratkin mods, and after any medieval mods too.

Prerequisites:
Combat Extended
NewRatkinPlus
Also patched (Not required)
Ratkin Apparel+

Rebalanced:
Ratkin Mace (Has no CE patch so I patched it here - lemme know if CE ever patches this on their end)
Ratkin Gambeson B
Ratkin Outer Plate
Ratkin Order Uniform
This mod also fixes the Large Ratkin Backpack bug with Combat Extended.

@VoiD You don't need Show Hair for Ratkin, just any mod that allows you to view hair under hats. Dubs' Apparel Tweaks works well enough, I think. The ratkin mod dev just added it as a prereq for some reason :sleepyjill:

I see Ratkin requires Show Hair as a pre-requisite, but that mod isn't compatible with CE, does this work then?
