You should try to avoid location conflicts with more popular mods. And figure out how to map.

It looks good but I think this map conflicts with SecretZ "secret" bunker/ military checkpoint... Same cells used.

@Howrad ok, was just wondering since I've had this happen: https://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php?/topic/54103-mp-mod-maps-have-no-loot-respawn/ and was curious since it seems to be fine but havent tested it with your map yet.
