About the guide
This guide is based on the Calamity Mod Wiki[calamitymod.fandom.com] and my own opinion/test results. I've tested every weapon to know which one is the easiest to use, which weapon have the highest DPS and which accessory is the most useful/powerful at the time.

Please keep in mind that this list is subjective. For me these loadouts are the easiest ways to defeat bosses. Some weapons and accesories can be changed depending on your own preferences.

This guide follows the "Boss Checklist"[forums.terraria.org] mod's progression. I highly recommend using the mod "Summoners Association"[forums.terraria.org] if you are planning to play as summoner. With the Summoners Association Card item you can see specific minion counts and max minion/sentry counts in the UI.

Expect some grammar error's because I'm still learning english. If you find any mistake in this list please warn me about it so I can fix it.

Have fun!
Pre-Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu
NOTE: Make sure to get 15 Life Crystals before starting to fight against bosses. You can find them in Space, inside of little rock boulders called "Planetoids". Use a Gravity Potion to reach them. Start collecting Stars too, to get a maxed out mana. The best way to "farm" them is a huge platform across the map.
NOTE: If you see multiple weapons it means that you can use all of them against the boss. Usually they only take up 1-4 minion slots (or they doesn't take up any slots), so the rest should be filled up with the others.

King Slime
  • Weapon: Stormjaw Staff

  • Armor: Wulfrum armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Wulfrum Battery, Rover Drive, Hermes Boots, Cloud/Blizzard/Sandstorm in a bottle

Desert Scourge
  • Weapon: Slime Staff

  • Armor: Wulfrum armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Wulfrum Battery, Rover Drive, Hermes Boots, Cloud/Blizzard/Sandstorm in a bottle

Eye of Cthulhu
  • Weapon: Belladonna Spirit Staff

  • Weapon: Frost Blossom Staff

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Hermes Boots, Cloud/Blizzard/Sandstorm in a bottle

NOTE: You have to change the Cloud/Blizzard/Sandstorm in a Bottle in order to use the Shield of Cthulhu. The other accessories are essentials because of their stats. Focus on grapling hook when you move. If you have already fought the Goblin Invasion then you can craft the Spectre/Frostspark Boots, which can give you a nice movement. Building an arena (or a skybridge) for the bosses is going to help you a lot.
🛈 TIP: The Belladonna Spirit Staff is incredibly strong but only if its paired with the Shark Tooth Necklace. Wait for a Blood Moon event so you can farm it out. Using Battle Potions are recommended.

Crabulon
  • Weapon: Belladonna Spirit Staff

  • Weapon: Deathstare Rod

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Hermes Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

Eater of Worlds
  • Weapon: Stormjaw Staff

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Hermes Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

Brain of Cthulhu
  • Weapon: Belladonna Spirit Staff

  • Weapon: Deathstare Rod

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Hermes Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

Pre-Perforators/Hive Mind
NOTE: After you break a Shadow Orb or a Crimson Heart a Goblin Invasion can occur anytime which unlocks reforging. Focus on gathering money to reforge all your weapons and accessories. The "Ruthless" reforge is the best. Currently you have 5 accessory slots. I recommend getting 2 Menacing and 3 Warding accessory, because the Summoner have the smallest amount of defense in the game.

Hive Mind
  • Weapon: Belladonna Spirit Staff

  • Weapon: Cinder Blossom Staff

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Frostspark Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

The Perforators
  • Weapon: Belladonna Spirit Staff

  • Weapon: Cinder Blossom Staff

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Frostspark Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

Pre-Skeletron
Queen Bee
  • Weapon: Belladonna Spirit Staff

  • Weapon: Cinder Blossom Staff

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Frostspark Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

Skeletron
  • Weapon: Belladonna Spirit Staff

  • Weapon: Cinder Blossom Staff

  • Armor: Victide armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Frostspark Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

Pre-Wall of Flesh
NOTE: After you defeat the Skeletron you gain access to the Bewitching Table. You can find it in the Dungeon. Make sure to use it along with the Summoning Potion before you encounter bosses to have more minions.

Slime God
  • Weapon: Herring Staff

  • Armor: Bee armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Voltaic Jelly, Shark Tooth Necklace, Frostspark Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

🛈 TIP: If you are fighting against The Slime God, I highly recommend to build a giant platform across the map. But not all the way, because it can block the spawning of the Astral Biome when entering Hardmode. This platform will make this fight much easier and it will be pretty much necessary when fighting other bosses in the future. (e.g.: Calamitas, Devourer of Gods)

Wall Of Flesh
  • Weapon: Herring Staff (against the Wall of Flesh)

  • Weapon: Slime Puppet Staff (against the hungrys)

  • Armor: Bee armor

  • Accessory: Spirit Glyph, Jelly-Charged Battery, Shark Tooth Necklace, Frostspark Boots, Shield of Cthulhu

🛈 TIP: The Slime Puppet Staff doesnt require a minion slot so you can just spam towards the hungrys which will destroy them.

Pre-Mechanical Bosses
NOTE: After defeating the Wall of Flesh you can obtain the Demon Heart. This makes you have 6 accessory slots. I recommend having 2 Menacing and 4 Warding accessory.

Cryogen
  • Weapon: Black Hawk Remote

  • Sentry: Queen Spider Staff

  • Armor: Spider armor

  • Accessory: Frozen Wings, Jelly-Charged Battery, Summoner Emblem, Frostspark Boots, Shield of Cthulhu, Eye of the Storm

NOTE: New hardmode settings means that the "Early Hardmode Progression Rework" configuration option is activated. If you have this enabled, you are unable to get Titanium/Adamantite stuff's until you defeat the second mechanical boss.

First mechanical boss (new hardmode settings)
  • Weapon: Black Hawk Remote

  • Sentry: Orthocera Shell

  • Armor: Spider armor

  • Accessory: Frozen Wings, Jelly-Charged Battery, Summoner Emblem, Frostspark Boots, Ornate Shield, Eye of the Storm

🛈 TIP: Right click to Skeletron Prime's head if you are fighting against it. The minions will target the head only so you can defeat it faster.

First, second & third mechanical boss (old hardmode settings)
  • Weapon: Black Hawk Remote

  • Sentry: Orthocera Shell

  • Armor: Spider armor

  • Accessory: Frozen Wings, Jelly-Charged Battery, Summoner Emblem, Frostspark Boots, Ornate Shield, Eye of the Storm

Pre-Calamitas/Plantera
NOTE: After you defeat all the mechanical bosses you are able to fight Plantera which unlocks Golem. After Golem you can fight against the Lunatic Cultist. Because these vanilla bosses aren't hard you can skip a few Calamity bosses. Then you can come back to them with much stronger Pre/Post-Lunatic Cultist items. If you aren't planning to do this I've writed down which items are the best against bosses that you can skip with this method.

Aquatic Scourge
  • Weapon: Black Hawk Remote

  • Weapon: Sun God Staff

  • Sentry: Cryogenic Staff

  • Armor: Spider armor

  • Accessory: Frozen Wings, Jelly-Charged Battery, Summoner Emblem, Angel Treads, Ornate Shield, Hallowed Rune

Brimstone Elemental
  • Weapon: Deepsea Staff

  • Weapon: Sun God Staff

  • Sentry: Cryogenic Staff

  • Armor: Spider armor

  • Accessory: Frozen Wings, Jelly-Charged Battery, Summoner Emblem, Angel Treads, Ornate Shield, Hallowed Rune

Calamitas
  • Weapon: Dormant Brimseeker

  • Weapon: Sun God Staff

  • Sentry: Cryogenic Staff

  • Armor: Spider armor

  • Accessory: Frozen Wings, Jelly-Charged Battery, Summoner Emblem, Angel Treads, Ornate Shield, Hallowed Rune

🛈 TIP: The previously mentioned platform across the map becomes necessary against Calamitas. Having a Blessed Apple mount is also recommended.

Plantera
  • Weapon: Dormant Brimseeker

  • Weapon: Sun God Staff

  • Sentry: Cryogenic Staff

  • Armor: Spider armor

  • Accessory: Frozen Wings, Jelly-Charged Battery, Summoner Emblem, Angel Treads, Ornate Shield, Hallowed Rune

Pre-Golem
Leviathan and Anahita
  • Weapon: Entropy's Vigil

  • Sentry: Cryogenic Staff

  • Armor: Spooky armor

  • Accessory: Spooky Wings, Statis' Blessing, Summoner Emblem, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

Astrum Aureus
  • Weapon: Entropy's Vigil

  • Sentry: Dreadmine Staff

  • Armor: Spooky armor

  • Accessory: Spooky Wings, Statis' Blessing, Summoner Emblem, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

Golem
  • Weapon: Entropy's Vigil

  • Sentry: Cryogenic Staff

  • Armor: Spooky armor

  • Accessory: Spooky Wings, Statis' Blessing, Star-Tainted Generator, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

Pre-Lunar Events
Plaguebringer Goliath
  • Weapon: Wither Blossoms Staff

  • Weapon: Xeno Staff

  • Sentry: Hive Pod

  • Armor: Spooky armor

  • Accessory: Spooky Wings, Statis' Blessing, Star-Tainted Generator, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

🛈 TIP: The Wither Blossoms Staff should take up 4 minion slots. The rest should be the UFO's.

Duke Fishron
  • Weapon: Wither Blossoms Staff

  • Weapon: Xeno Staff

  • Sentry: Hive Pod

  • Armor: Plaguebringer armor

  • Accessory: Steampunk Wings, Statis' Blessing, Star-Tainted Generator, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

🛈 TIP: The Plaguebringer armor doesn't have a wing variant so I recommend using the Steampunk Wings. It gives you 8 defense, 10% increased movement speed, 4% increased damage and 2% critical strike chance. You can buy it from the Steampunker after Golem has been defeated.

Ravager
  • Weapon: Wither Blossoms Staff

  • Weapon: Xeno Staff

  • Sentry: Hive Pod

  • Armor: Plaguebringer armor

  • Accessory: Steampunk Wings, Statis' Blessing, Star-Tainted Generator, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

Lunatic Cultist
  • Weapon: Wither Blossoms Staff

  • Weapon: Xeno Staff

  • Sentry: Spikecrag Staff

  • Armor: Plaguebringer armor

  • Accessory: Steampunk Wings, Statis' Blessing, Star-Tainted Generator, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

Pre-Moon Lord
Astrum Deus
  • Weapon: Stardust Dragon Staff

  • Sentry: Spikecrag Staff

  • Armor: Plaguebringer armor

  • Accessory: Steampunk Wings, Statis' Blessing, Star-Tainted Generator, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

Moon Lord
  • Weapon: Wither Blossoms Staff

  • Weapon: Xeno Staff

  • Sentry: Spikecrag Staff

  • Armor: Plaguebringer armor

  • Accessory: Steampunk Wings, Statis' Blessing, Star-Tainted Generator, Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Papyrus Scarab

Pre-Providence
NOTE: After defeating the Moon Lord you can obtain the Celestial Onion. Using this item makes you have 7 accessory slot. I recommend having 2 Menacing and 5 Warding accessory.

Profaned Guardians
  • Weapon: Elemental Axe

  • Sentry: Energy Staff

  • Armor: Stardust armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Asgard's Valor, Heart of the Elements, The Community

Dragonfolly
  • Weapon: Elemental Axe

  • Sentry: Energy Staff

  • Armor: Stardust armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Asgard's Valor, Heart of the Elements, The Community

Providence, the Profaned Goddess
  • Weapon: Elemental Axe

  • Sentry: Energy Staff

  • Armor: Stardust armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Asgard's Valor, Heart of the Elements, The Community

🛈 TIP: Defeating Providence in both Hallow and Underground is recommended, becase the drops from both biome is pretty neat. Don't forget to bring the Rod of Discord if you are fighting it in the Hallow biome. In the Hallow Biome it will shoot out a thing called "Holy Ray". The ray sweeps across the area and deals massive damage.

Pre-Polterghast
Ceaseless Void
  • Weapon: Elemental Axe

  • Weapon: Dragonblood Disgorger

  • Sentry: Guidelight of Oblivion

  • Armor: Tarragon armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Elysian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

🛈 TIP: Build a huge room in the dungeon to fight the Ceaseless Void. It will become handy later against the Polterghast.
🛈 TIP: Use the Dragonblood Disgorger one time. The rest should be Elemental Axes.

Storm Weaver
  • Weapon: Void Concentration Staff

  • Weapon: Dragonblood Disgorger

  • Sentry: Guidelight of Oblivion

  • Armor: Tarragon armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Elysian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

🛈 TIP: If you use this loadout with the summoning potions you should have 1 Concentrated Void, 1 Skeletal Dragons (which contains 1 Big Dragon and 2 Baby Dragons). This combination is pretty lethal already, but you can add a few Elemental Axes to fill up the remaining slots (if you have any) to maximise your damage.

Signus, Envoy of the Devourer
  • Weapon: Void Concentration Staff

  • Weapon: Dragonblood Disgorger

  • Sentry: Guidelight of Oblivion

  • Armor: Tarragon armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Elysian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

Pre-Devourer of Gods
Old Duke
  • Weapon: Calamari's Lament

  • Sentry: Guidelight of Oblivion

  • Armor: Bloodflare armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Elysian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

Devourer of Gods
  • Weapon: Calamari's Lament

  • Weapon: Sirius

  • Sentry: Guidelight of Oblivion

  • Armor: Bloodflare armor

  • Accessory: Seraph Tracers, The Absorber, Star-Tainted Generator, Statis' Curse, Elysian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

🛈 TIP: Make sure to right-click on the Devourer of Gods' head and tail when you have a chance, so the Sirius and the other minions will target it. This will boost your damage significantly.

Pre-Yharon
Yharon
  • Weapon: Endo Hydra Staff

  • Sentry: Guidelight of Oblivion

  • Armor: Silva armor

  • Accessory: Elysian Tracers, Nucleogenesis, Dark Sun Ring, Rampart of Deities, Asgardian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

🛈 TIP: The Slimy Saddle is a really great mount when you are fighting against Yharon. Falling fast throughout the fight is incredibly important and useful.

Pre-Exo Mechs/Supreme Calamitas
Exo Mechs
  • Weapon: Yharon's Kindle Staff

  • Sentry: Guidelight of Oblivion

  • Armor: Auric Tesla armor

  • Accessory: Celestial Tracers, Nucleogenesis, Dark Sun Ring, Rampart of Deities, Asgardian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

Supreme Calamitas
  • Weapon: Yharon's Kindle Staff

  • Sentry: Cadaverous Carrion

  • Armor: Auric Tesla armor

  • Accessory: Celestial Tracers, Nucleogenesis, Dark Sun Ring, Rampart of Deities, Asgardian Aegis, Profaned Soul Artifact, The Community

  • Accessory: Celestial Tracers, Nucleogenesis, Dark Sun Ring, Rampart of Deities, Asgardian Aegis, Angelic Alliance, Nebulous Core
Final words
Thank you for reading my guide! I really enjoy making these, but sadly I don't have much time for it now because of school/work. My melee guide started to "blow up", and I'm really thankful for that. If these guides help to one person, it's already worth it. My next class is going to be the Mage!

I'm also taking suggestions. I'm not perfect, I can slide through a lot of things. Leave a comment if you find anything.

Thank you again, and good luck!
