Best guess is that if they were ever planned to be used, this would have been what Narko originally was. It would fit with the HN's religious legends, feminine and heavily modified by technology. But that is pure speculation.
It should in theory be compatible with any mod at all, as long as you keep it near the top of your load order. If the mod tries to use the old vanilla data, it should be able to access this mod's version of it. And if none of your mods use the old vanilla data, then this mod does nothing gameplay wise.
Does the mod The Whistler - Race Mod even need this or does this cause any effect on that mod?
