2: GTA system requirements are very much outdated. You need 16GB ram for online and about 8GB for story mode. Attempt to go online with 8GB Ram stutter time.
3: VSYNC is only useful if you're having stutters with frametime that's it.
4: Disable Shadows [XML Files in Documents]
5: Do not install any mods for FPS boosting this can possibly get you banned online [Most players are going online]
6: 720P is bare minimum i'd say for GTA V & Online. Anything lower just get a better GPU.
2) You ramble a lot in this. And much of the rambling are things that anyone who has purchased GTA 5 would already know. You don't need to explain to us that GTA 5 is the latest GTA game released by Rockstar. You don't need to explain the PC requirements. Etc, etc, etc.
3) You seriously need to edit this. Too much rambling and there are even parts repeated.
