*To maximize your MILSIM experience, have a Battle CPT at a notional TOC (Tactical Operation Center) to receive reports, send supplies and track the battlefield*

For MILSIM, these standardized reports are not only useful but also increase the realism factor

As a game editor, you can plan mission/scenarios that could use a report transmission

Some report examples are obvious (such as a BLUE 1 and BLUE 2)

A few of the obvious examples include:
  • GREEN 4 - Patrol Report - for follow-on missions based on intelligence generated
  • YELLOW 1A - Battle Loss Spot Report - needed for equipment respawn
  • YELLOW 2/2A - Ammunition Status/Request Report - to resupply needed ammunition
  • YELLOW 3/3A - POL Status/Request Report - to resupply needed fuel
  • YELLOW 5 - Recovery Request - to exfiltrate an unserviceable vehicle
  • RED 2 - Casualty Report - needed for personnel respawn

'Body Bags' used as a supply drop container (Speedball)

Prepackage static-line supply containers
Conclusion
Standardizes reports for the U.S. Army are as follows:
  • Operations - BLUE
  • Intelligence - GREEN
  • Logistics - YELLOW
  • Personnel - RED
  • NBC - N/A

Each report is standardized for ease of use

These reports increase MILSIM realism for an improved in-game experience
