Fixed version of Chief-C's map which is well known for server crashes since 2018 May update.

Description
The high-quality last version of Cu Chi Tunnels ported from DOI workshop to Insurgency. Same Cu Chi Tunnels map with better graphics, improved navmesh. Equip NVG or flashlight before entering tunnels to better see enemies.
