SD2 TOTAL WAR mod (update 6.19.2022)

NEW UPDATE: the new update i did didnt work, so please use the new mod, Steel Division 2 Total War 2 :0 i might change the name in the new mod, but it will still be SDTW. update as of 6.21.2022

Update notes: Let me know if anything goes wrong! The mod adds permanent bodies and extended time for Conquest and Breakthrough. All the other stuff is below :) I had a hell of a time making this mod and the rant below was my excitement from success, so i'm going to leave all that here lol



WE GOT IT WORKING! Thanks to a very kind human who gave me some assistance, now we have the ultimate Steel Division Mod!

I present unto you: Steel Division Total War!

This mod is a combination of two excellent mods previously on the workshop. The first is the Permanent Bodies and Wrecks Mod, originally made by Miki. The next is the Time Extension Mod, im not sure who originally made that one, but to everyone who helped me out, THANK YOU! This mod makes SD2 one of my all time favorite games. The bodies will stay on the field for the entire battle, so you can look over the carnage after all is said and done. It really gives me a WW2 Total War vibe with the post battle chaos. Set your armies to phase C heavy and battles can last for hours lol I absolutely LOVE it lol

Now, I want everyone else to enjoy! SO please enjoy!

NOTE FOR THE TIME: if you set the time limit in skirmish to the longest option, it will give you the max time for a game. This should work for Conquest and Breakthrough.

Also, I made a discussion about how i like to play this mod the most. I "created" a custom mission called the Rzhev Meatgrinder, so you should give that a try. Rzhev was a crazy piece of history.... Anyways, Thank you to the original modders who helped me get started. Thank you to Fritz for helping me get the mods combined.

LAST NOTE! the mod will be: '2_deathandtimemod' for in-game application. sorry for the weird name, but i have to keep things organized on my computer lol AAAAAND IM OUT!

JK one more thing, please let me know if anything goes wrong or is buggy for you. You may have a recreate your battlegroups, so apologies for that in advance lol. PEACE!
