This is a Guide to help you combine any item in your play.

Vampire Survivors - Easy Item Guide

I made this guide because I was having a hard time researching the combinations all the time. Some guides I found here on steam I found very complex. Here's the one I made.

PS. To upgrade any weapon to the max level, you need to reach the maximum level of the weapon and get a chest (it has the possibility of not upgrade).


Whip + Hollow Heart = Bloody Tear
Magic Wand + Empty Tome = Holy Wand
Knife + Bracer = Thousand Edge
Axe + Candelabrador = Death Spiral
Cross + Clover = Heaven Sword
King Bible + Spellbinder = Unholy Vespers
Fire Wand + Spinach = Hellfire
Garlic + Pummarola = Soul Eater
Santa Water + Attractorb = La Borra
Runetracer + Armor = No Future
Lightning Ring + Duplicator = Thunder Loop
Pentagram + Crown = Gorgeous Moon
Song of Mana + Skull O'Maniac = Mannajja
Phiera Der Tuphello + Eight The Sparrow + Tiragisú = Phieraggi
Peachone + Ebony Wings = Vandalier
Gatti Amari + Stone Mask = Vicious Hunger
Shadow Pinion + Wings = Valkyrie Tunder
Clock Lancet + Gold Ring + Silver Ring = Infinite Corridor
Laurel + Metaglio Right + Metaglio Left = Crimson Shroud
