Workshop has been acting strange recently ><

@Moo Cow the file should be somethingsomething.civ5mod or whatever that extension is (its been a while since I've seen it and my computers acting up so I cant check atm) so just change the ".civ5mod" or whatever it is to ".rar" in the filename. It will probably give you a warning about the file not working anymore if you change the extension, that means you are doing it right. Then use winrar to extract it.

@Ivan this has been a common issue with mods on steam workshop unfortunately. I believe al you need to do is simply change the extension to rar then extract it.
