Should use Dark Sun rules, dwarves and humans can have children but their a third breed called Muls and they are sterile.

I feel like if a dwarf were to have children with a non dwarf character then they would at the minimum be a mix between the two so leaving it to chance is the better option for me. Plus the fact that if both characters are dwarfs they are 100% going to have dwarf children is good enough I think.

I just added a discussion that would allow you to either create your own decision or alter the one I created. It has everything you would need in order to create a similar or flat out copy of my mod where you can change anything you wish.

Currently how the game works with the vanilla code is that if both parents possess the dwarf trait the children will always gain that trait. Plus if there are any problems where your children are not born with the dwarf trait you are able to run the decision every six months. I added that time period to the decision because the game will automatically add random characters to your culture and sometimes they won't have the dwarf trait. I suppose I could take out the 6 month wait time and allow you to activate the decision whenever you pleased.

Does this make dwarf 100% inheritable trait? That would be perfect
