  3. Weapon Proton / Neutron Launchers damage and cooldown reduced to match with kinetic artillery.

Hi Stanley,

Playing RS, they are too close to DA or regular robo empire now, at year 30. A slight adv to Research and alloy till year 30 but less unity. Post year 30, they have worse economy than other robo builds. With the least scaling potential. Would recommend making the unity gain normal or +0.5 unity with much less penalty to consumer goods upkeep.

The mod name is changing from "WSC balance mod" to "Stellaris: Balanced Edition".

The mod has also just received a big balance update that adjusts clone army, ringworld, and more.

Note: We aren't aiming to make all builds equal.

The goal of this balance mod is to make more origins and civics playable and "A tier" quality without elevating anything to a new S-tier, and provide quality of life changes without forcing people to re-learn the game like a total conversion mod.

Mod contains many unnesessary changes which are made not to balance but to change meta. Unnesessary buff of corporate, unnesessary buff of bio ascention (which is obviously too much with + 15% habit for hives). And still NO real nerf for clones. If we cannot nerf clones for 6 mounths, we should ban them huh? Same with aquatics - they are still to strong before 30y, you cannot fix it, why not just to delete? It is so simple

the mod only changes the current meta from vanilla and doesn't do a great job at "balancing"
and the community surrounding the mod still rely on in house rules to keep the game playable in mp without games descending into corvette spam before year 30.

it really feels like wack-a-mole kind of approach and not really a true "balance mod",
just replacing one problem with another.
