Description

The Real World Signs & Logos replaces in game textures match signs, advertisements and logos to their real world counterparts in the game’s scenery and traffic.

Features

The mod adds real world logos and signage to landmarks across the map. Nationally recognized chains to local businesses, the mod tries its best to match the landmarks’ real-world appearance.
When possible, the mod updates the appearance of the building to match its current appearance. (Or as current as internet images allow).
Generic signage across the map has also been updated to include logos for real life businesses when deemed appropriate while not overwhelming the game world.
Buses, trains, cars, vans and more have also been updated with logos of real-world businesses.
“Restored” references to alcohol and casinos on in game landmarks.

What the mod does not change

This mod only changes textures and not models, so most gas stations, fast food and banks remain unchanged. (This also includes many buildings which include generic text)
Deliverable companies and their trailers are unchanged.

Installation
Click the subscribe button above to install, then enable the mod in the mod manager in game.

Known Issues
- I am pushing the games textures to get more real-world logos on landmarks. As a result some signs may look weird at night if you look closely at it.
- A few Montana rest stops Entrance signs are affected by the Town Pump logo, not sure what to do about it.
Compatibility
This mod only changes game textures so should be compatible with most mods.

ATS Real Logos Project by Keeper
Inspiration for this Real World Signs and Logos mod, there is some overlap in altered textures. Just put the mod with the textures you prefer with the higher priority.

Real companies, gas stations & billboards by MLH82
Some changes in this mod (such as changing Ray’s to McDonalds) will not be visible if Real World Signs and Logos is at a higher priority.

Real Gas Stations Revival Project by Pedrom029
Have not seen any issues, Real World Signs and Logos’ Petro Stopping Center textures do not interfere with the excellent models available in this mod.

I still use it and haven't had any issues. i have been using for 3 months and always left it equipped. I would say give it a shot to see if it will work out.

No crashes with 1.57 but lots of non fatal errors. Haven't noticed if it's working correctly. Set it lower than Real Companies and Gas Stations mod so it only fills in what isn't covered by that mod.
