Story Mode

Then, to Extra

Cleared Mikoto's Story Mode.


You need to defeat 10 characters without using Continue to complete Mikoto's Story Mode. You will get the achievement after you defeat the 10th character, right before Credits.

Then, to Battle Grounds

Watched Waka's bad ending.


You need to defeat 10 characters to complete Waka's Story Mode. You need to lose 1 fight and choose "continue" to get the Bad Ending. You will get the achievement after you defeat the 10th character, before the Credits.

If you already completed Waka's Story mode. You can just go to the last fight, lose the match and continue. You will get the achievement after you defeat the 10th character, before the Credits.

I Am the True Phantom Breaker

Cleared Sophia's Story Mode.


When you start Sophia's Story Mode you will only have 1 opponent unlocked. The rest appears as "Unkown". In order to unlock opponents, you need to complete "tasks" (you dont need to 100% complete all opponents). Once you complete a "task", another opponent could unlock. Each opponent has 2 "task" (completing a "task" will increase the %), one remains secret until you complete the first one.

• Defeat Opponent grants 33%
  
• Complete first "task" grants 66%
  
• Complete second "task" grants 100%

You only need to defeat the 10th character in Sophia's Story Mode to unlock achievement, you will get it right before credits.

In case you want to know all secret task:

Opponent	Secret Task
Fin.	Lands at least 4 dash attacks and end the round with a dash attack.
Ende.	Land at least 2 Enhanced Special Attack and finish the match with an Enhanced Special Attack.
Itsuki.	Execute Overdrive at least twice and finish the match while in Overdrive.
Toyika.	Execute Slip Shift at least 6 times (unavaliable for Hard Style).
Gaito.	Land Counter Burst at least 3 times and finish the match with a Counter Burst.
M.	Finish the match with a Super Finish Move.
Cocoa.	Execute a combo of at least 25 hits.
Shizuka.	Land at least 3 retaliations after executing Protection. (Not applicable to Quick/Ominia Style)
Waka.	Land at least 2 Super Cancelend Enhanced Special Attacks and finish the match with an Enhanced Special Attack.
Yuzuha.	Execute a combo of at least 35 hits.
Mikoto.	Win the match with over 80% health remaining.
Shiro-Mikoto.	Defeat Shiro-Mikoto

Never Forget

Played the game on September 14th or cleared Waka's Story Mode.

Single Mode

Arcade Mode Conquered!!

Cleared Arcade Mode.


Single > Arcade Mode. You need to clear all fights. You can make Arcade Mode faster by setting 1 round per match and CPU to Very easy in Options Menu > Game.

Scored on the Score Attack Leaderboard!

Placed on the Score Attack Mode leaderboard.


Single > Score Attack. You need to complete a full course. Achievement will unlock before uploading Score to Leaderboards, in the Result window (you dont need to upload score).

Single > Time Attack. You need to complete a full course. Achievement will unlock before uploading Time to Leaderboards, in the Result window (you dont need to upload time).

Fought onto the Endless Battle leaderboard!

Placed on the Endless Battle Mode leaderboard.


Single > Endless Battle. You only need to complete 1 fight, then you can lose. Achievement will unlock before uploading Wins to Leaderboards, in the Result window (you dont need to upload wins).

Online Mode

Bring It On!

Turned on the standby function.


Online > Ranked Match.

In the menu select Standby, instead search. You will unlock the achievement inmediatly, you can cancel after.

Miscellaneous

Clock Up!

Used Overdrive during Quick Style.


When selecting Character. you need to pick the "Quick Style" Mode. Once you have 1 Burst Gauge Bar, you can press L + M to activate Overdrive Mode.

Solid Armor!

Used Overdrive during Hard Style.


When selecting Character. you need to pick the "Hard Style" Mode. Once you have 1 Burst Gauge Bar, you can press L + M to activate Overdrive Mode.

Counter Burst!

Landed a Counter Burst.


Holding SP without moving, will make the character gain "super armor" (attacks wont make you flinch). It will reflect normal attacks, other attacks will clash, after that you will hit enemy (Counter Burst). If you hold to the max it will consume all your Burst Gauge, but it will launch enemy to the other side of the screen.

Guard Break!

Broke an opponent's guard.


In order to break opponent's guard you need to play agressive, trying to "pressure" opponent into guarding your attacks. When opponent's guard is about to break, character will glow red, followed for a "breaking guard" animation and a "Break Guard" Message on screen.

I tried to get this in Vs., but it didnt work. I got it Online.

Emergency!

Activated Emergency.


Press L + M after getting at least 2 hits, to perform a escape move (Quick Syle and Hard Style). It consumes 1 Burst Gauge Bar.

Caused 10 Clashes within a single round.


Easiest way to get is in Vs Mode with a second controller or Keyboard. Just make "dash" clash 10 times to get the achievement.

Don't Touch Me

Performed a successful Throw Break.


When being Throw, you can cancel it by pressing 🡠 or 🡢 + H, right away. It has short frame window. It can be done in Vs Player with second controller or keyboard.

JUST Don't Touch Me

Performed a successful Just Throw Break.


Unlike Throw Break, this one needs you press 🡠 or 🡢 + H, at the same time that you start being throw. It can be done in Vs Player with a second controller or keyboard.

Connect!

Landed an Enhanced Special Attack via Super Cancel.


A "Super Cancel" occurs when you interrupt the animation of a "Super Attack" (🡠, 🡣 or 🡢 + SP) with a "Enhanced Special Attack" (🡠, 🡣 or 🡢 + H + SP). You need at least 1 Burst Gauge Bar.

This can be done in Training Mode.

I Have No Choice But to Use This...

Ended the round with a Super Finishing Move.


Finish off opponent with a "Super Finish Move (Phantom Break)". To perform it you need to press H + SP, when having 2 "Burst Gauge" bars (Quick Style and Hard Style) or 4 "Burst Gauge" bars (Omnia Style). If you finish off opponent with it, achievement will unlock.

This can be done in Single, Online or Vs.

Evasion for Days

Performed 5 successful Slip Shifts in a single round.


To perform a "Slip Shifts" (Quick Style and Omnia Style), you need to press 🡢 right before an attack hits you, you will shine red and "evade" attack. Do this 5 times in a round to get the achievement.

This can be done in Single, Online or Vs.

Parries for Days

Used Protection successfully 5 times in a single round.


To perform a "Protection" (Omnia Style), you need to press 🡢 right before an attack hits you, you will shine blue and "parry" attack. Do this 5 times in a round to get the achievement.

This can be done in Single, Online or Vs.

With All My Strength

Won a round with a Critical Burst.


Similar to "Counter Burst", but you need to fill "Tension gauge" to the max (clashing attacks, evade attacks or protection increase it more) and have at least 1 "Burst Gauge Bar". When "Tension Gauge" is maxed (a time counter will appear on screen) and enemy has low HP, hold SP to the Max to deliver a "unblockable" "Critical Burst" attack. If you finish off opponent with it, you will unlock the achievement.

Is this the Power of Clock Up?!

Dealt a cumulative total of 30 hits using Clock Up in a single round.


This can be done only in Quick Style. When you have at least 1 Burst Gauge bar, you can press L + M to activate Overdrive (Clock Up). You need to hit over 30 hits while in Overdrive in a single round. Its cumulative, it doesnt needs to be done in a single Overdrive use.

Is this the Power of Solid Armor?!

Withstood a cumulative total of 10 hits using Solid Armor in a single round.


Description says you need to "withstand" 10 hits while using Solid Armor (Overdrive [L+M] while using Hard Style). Right now is kind of bugged, since I got the achievement by taking hits using Hard Style, without using Overdrive. I think this will be fixed later. Keep it in mind.

This one will come naturally, but if you want to "boost it". You can go to Training Mode and perform any "All Attack" (Omnia Style), its the Special Attack with more damage (it use 4 "Burst Gauge" bars), until it unlocks.

Master of Clashes

Caused over 1000 cumulative Clashes.


This one will come naturally, but if you want to "boost it". You can go to Vs Player. Using a second controller or keyboard, just spam "dash" until it unlocks.

To perform an "Air Recover" you need to press any button after being hit in the air.

Master of Evasion

Performed 100 cumulative Slip Shifts.


To perform a "Slip Shifts" (Quick Style and Omnia Style), you need to press 🡢 right before an attack hits you, you will shine red and "evade" attack. Waka, the Enlightened

Used Shin-Waka.


First you need to complete Waka's story mode.

You need to defeat 10 characters without using Continue to complete Waka's Story Mode.

Now you can use Shin-Waka by pressing "M" (Y), instead "SP" (A) to confirm character while selecting character. Also the confirmation sound its different.

In most of modes Waka will named as Shin-Waka by default. In training mode, you can see the difference in names between Waka and Shin-Waka.

During stage select, change to ♪Remix.

Used a profile card frame above Tier 0.

"Tier above 0" means you need to complete at least the first level of task to unlock the Tier 1 frame of that character. Each tier is one star.

Badge Collector

You will earn badges by completing different tasks in game. You need to place 5 badges in your profile to unlock the achievement.

If you already had 5 badges equipped before update, unequip 1, then equip it again in order to unlock achievement.

Ms. Misunderstanding

Cleared Fin's Story Mode.


You need to defeat 10 characters without using Continue to complete Fin's Story Mode. You will get the achievement after you defeat the 10th character, right before Credits.

If you already did Fin's story before update, just select the 10th fight.

Great guide! I just got the "Guard Break!" achievement in VS Mode. (1P VS 2P, with keyboard and controller, just spammed some buttons with one hand each to make it work lol) Seems like it's possible to unlock it now without playing online!

@Alejfire The achievements you talking about are from the "Spicy Edtion", but I think those achievements are not live yet. If you look into Record > Achievements, those achievements are not listed yet. I think Steam Stats show them because there is a beta (testing).
