Soil Relocation - Composter Addon (VEF Version)

Description
A simple Processor addon that adds Compost to the game, allowing you to turn regular soil into rich soil by using excess organic material!

This version uses Vanilla Expanded Framework as it's proven to be much more reliable than Processor Framework for my purposes.

@Rubber Ducky, this mod is simply an addon for Soil Relocation, Evelyn has said her purpose for Soil Relocation is that you 'camp on maps and gather it up', so I will be keeping to the heart of the original purpose.

any digging spot or quarry integration to get more soil without just camping on the map and gathering it up?

successfully starved my colony on accident. Great mod! Time resources and manpower to even it all out.

To the about file to remove this warning

Mod Soil Relocation - Composter Addon (VEF Version) dependency (OskarPotocki.VanillaFactionsExpanded.Core) needs to have <downloadUrl> and/or <steamWorkshopUrl> specified.
