Description

Turns some ghost enemies (and now one familiar) into spectres from the game OFF. I've tested the mod, but feel free to message me if it causes any problems- or if you'd like to suggest more monsters to replace with OFF enemies!

Wizoob > Common Spectre
Red Ghost > One-Eyed Spectre
Dust > Mute Spectre
Lil Haunt > Juvenile Spectre

...Well, I could solve one of those problems.
You could use some designs from an Off fangame, if you don't have enough designs from the original Off.

As for the other two, I'd say you did a pretty good job with these, but if you don't feel like your best is enough, you could always ask for help from someone with more experience.

I wouldn't recommend asking me, though. I have zero experience in Isaac modding.

oh yeah no i hate to say i do not have the will, the talent, or enough spectre designs to copy from OFF to even ATTEMPT a fiend folio version of this :(

The amount of unique ghost designs in it is astounding.
