Hey Luca, it says that it is in file:///C:\Users\lucac\Documents\desktop_file\appoggio\sicily\avanti\avanti283.jpg
Thus it shows tha it is in your computer not on cloud if I am not mistaken. It is only the front of the counter, back side seems to be in cloud but still it does not load.

hello I checked they are all uploaded to the cloud so you should see them try to open them again you will probably see them

Hello, one counter cannot load for this: It is the one on the right second row from the bottom, third one to the right. It is the one next to the two A13 B9 C7 counters.
