Cute Loot (Chubby Bones) Achievement Guide

This is a guide on how to find and kill Chubby Bones in order to get the Cute Loot Achievement!

Who is Chubby Bones?

Chubby Bones is an extremely rare skeleton enemy which can spawn in case of any other skeleton enemy throughout the entire game.
Increasing the chance of him spawning depends solely on how many skeleton enemies you can get to spawn in a certain time frame. Therefore, more skeleton enemies = higher chance of getting your Chubby Bones kill.

Recommended Gear

Chubby Bones can be a tough enemy, especially when you are under level 15-20.
So make sure to get a higher level and the recommended gear before you start to farm for him.
Also you want to be as ammo efficient as possible during farming since you only have one ammo box to loot each run.

Recommended Gear:

• Good Sniper Rifle (e.g. Lyuda)
  
• Bee Shield

Fastest Way to farm for Chubby Bones

The best chance to get a Chubby Bones spawned is given in ‍Unassuming Docks.

1. In order to do the quickest farm you want to travel straight from Flamerock Refuge to Unassuming Docks and start your farm from the said mapy entry loading point, not from the actual fast travel station.
   
2. Then you want to run in the direction of the beach to your left and stop as soon as you are within your preferred sniping range, there should spawn about 3 skeletons and 2 golems on the beach.
   
3. Now you check if a Chubby Bones has appeared instead of a skeleton, if not just kill 2-3 skeletons to get another 2-3 skeletons spawned and check again.
   
4. Repeat this process over and over by savequitting until you get your Chubby Bones kill.
   Additionally, try to be as ammo efficient as possible and do not forget to loot the ammo box on your way.

For me personally it took about 3 hours to get one spawned, the average seems to be more in the 4 hour range but some people on the other hand got their kill literally while playing through the intro mission, so it can vary greatly depending on your luck, loading times and execution.

Finally found mine. Dragon's Keep, right in the first area, strutting around like he owns the place, after too d*mn many hours. I have never been more tempted to teabag in my entire life. I refuse to consider exactly how many hours I spent farming because that would only make it hurt more. Thank you for the guide.

@Leafar There's no secret sauce or special place that helps you farming Chubby Bones faster, you simply have a certain chance for him to spawn instead of every other skeleton enemy that spawns, which is also confirmed by people that have analyzed the game's code. Therefore I wouldn't recommend following the guide you posted as it's basically just a far slower way of farming him, you only got lucky.
Btw, this is also exactly what the author of that other guide says in an answer to another comment under his video but both, the comment and the answer are written in German.
Realistically, only a guide that allows you to get more skeletons to spawn in a particular time frame than in my guide/video is a better or rather said, a faster way of getting the achievement. (1/2)

@Leafar No offense towards you and your comment though, I'm sure you told the truth, I just wanted to clear that up for everybody else, who is desperately reading through this comment section hoping for some kind of trick, because they might have been farming for hours already as luck hasn't been been working in their favor yet.
If that's the case for you, simply *don't give up* and *don't waste your time*, always base your actions on facts rather than on some internet hearsay or some dubious "magical" guide that promises you everything but doesn't provide you with any real logical evidence! :)
Keep up grinding and you will eventually get the achievement! (2/2)
