Sargeras' custom Planechase planes

For some Magic: the Gathering fans, the scores of planes & 8 phenomena are enough, but others may want more excitement. Fortunately, I found many scores more planes and phenomena here: https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/the-sargeras-way-to-planeschase/

And yes, this mod was used as the template for how I set the mod up. I removed the official planes & placed the custom ones there. If you want, you can mix the two decks together, but remember the limit on phenomena.
When a card refers to someone becoming a monarch, that player receives a token that, if they're the monarch at the end of turn, they draw a card. If one of your creatures deal combat damage to the monarch, you become the monarch. Next time that a plane designates a monarch, they become the monarch. Only 1 person can have the token at a time.
