[B42 + B41] Zombie Spawn Heatmap
By HACK RINN
This is the current up-to-date heatmap for zombie spawns.

You can use it to plan your base. The more light red a marked zone is the more zombies spawn in that region.

Yes that's the case.

Looking at the differences, does this mean that there are no longer hordes of zombies at the edges of the map that gradually wander toward the center like there was in B41? Am curious because I was thinking of building a cabin out on the backside of the lake with the Water Treatment plant to the far south, but have been leery of doing so because of how they were distributed back in B41

GEOINT sounds really interesting btw, maybe we can chat about that. I am interested in OSINT myself.

You are welcome :) I know meanwhile there are 56 comments in this thread but I already answered this question in detail. As a summary, I decompiled PZ and analysed the source code and then reverse engineered the *.lotheader-files, which contain the definitions for the zombie population in a specific cell as well as other stuff such as which assets are loaded in the cell it defines. If you have more or specific questions feel free to ask them. Cheers.

Thank you for reuploading!!! Can I ask how you made this? I used to work in the GEOINT field, so products like this are super cool to me :)

BTW I unfortunately do not have the time available to backport the spawn to B41. I think this is obsolete either way soon.
