Ok, so, I ended up reading through the description for this and got a little curious about the big disclaimer and why it was said. Then I got a bit confused about whether or not they made the models, permissions and what not. Thankfully I searched and found out that they where designed by them. So I am typing this as a means for others to read that may be also wondering about the disclaimer, they do in fact have the rights to say what can/can not be done with the models.

Sorry if any info is either not there or wrong.
