How to enable V-Sync

Tutorial

1. Press W+R
   
   
   
2. Write "%appdata%" and OK
   
   
   
3. Click on "AppData"
   
   
   
4. Click on "Local"
   
   
   
5. Find the directory "KOFXV" and double click
   
   
   
6. Double Click on "Saved"
   
   
   
7. Double Click on "Config"
   
   
   
8. Double Click on "WindowsNoEditor"
   
   
   
9. Find "GameUserSettings", Right Click and click on Edit or Open with any Text Editor.
   
   
   
10. Find the line 13
    
    
    
11. Change "False" to "True" and Save

for AMD users, enabling enhanced sync for the game (with Anti-Lag) worked for me. Supposedly doesn't have the input lag of normal vsync

Doesn't V sync add lag though??

can also just right click your desktop, NVIDIA control panel, manage 3d application settings, and turn vsync on that way

Thank yo so much for this! I was having screen tearing and it was driving me crazy turning off and on the various options trying to find a fix! I appreciate this very much! No more horrible wobbly knee glitches now!
