Limburger's Mage Tower

So you are a mage and you wish to practice your arts privately away from other people ?

Limburger's Mage Tower is intended for, well , mages not for warriors or thieves. It is most definitely not a cozy place for a familiy (no spouses or adopted chidren)
On the ground floor you will find display cases to display your staves and 2 mannequins to display your robes.
On the 1st floor (the study) you wil find enough space to store about 500 books and a shrine to Julianos (who else !) The 2 safes contain a small amount of scrolls.
On the 2nd floor (the workroom) you will find an alchemy table, an enchanters table, a staff-making table and a Fusion Pot (i will get to this later). Here you will also find the stump of an enchanted tree that spawns unenchanted staves necessary to craft magic ones.
Outside on the top floor, there is a magical vortex that spawns filled soulgems.
In the basement as well as on the 2nd floor you will find plots to grow your ingredients (total of 36). The basement is connected to a small mine where you can harvest soulgems and heartstones.

You will find Limburger's Mage Tower on the road from Whiterun to Rorikstead, close to Rorikstead. A mapmarker shows the way. That and the massive magical energy eruptions around the tower.
Lower levels are warned: there are fire elementals in the vicinity.

Something new: the Fusion Pot
this enables you to combine soulgems into higher gems
petty > lesser > common > greater > grand

you require 2 (empty) soulgems and 1 linen wrap to combine them into a higher (empty) soulgem
you require 2 (filled) soulgems, 1 linen wrap and 1 void salt to combine them into a higher (filled) soulgem

Both the Fusion Pot and Staff-crafting table increases your enchantment skill.

As this is a mage tower you will not find any smithing amenities. There are 3 display cases, 2 mannequins and storage for 486 books.
All storage facilities are non-spawning and safe to store your goods in. Do NOT store items in the Enchanted Tree or the Magical Vortex, they will be drawn into the aetherium.

Hearthfire and Dragonborn are required

One Side Note: the skill improvement for enchantment is way high. if anybody knows a way to lower it, I'd appreciate it. Just so you know.

Version 1.01; I made a noob mistake. I thought that Akatosh was the god of magic. Should have checked the Wiki. The Shrine is changed to Julianos. Thanks to an observant reader.

Version 1.02: Added several recipes to create soulgems from ordinary gems; note that you will lose money over this, that is on purpose:
- 1 garnet, 1 void salt > empty petty soulgem
- 1 amethyst, 1 void salt > empty lesser soulgem
- 1 ruby, 1 void salt > empty common soulgem
- 1 sapphire, 1 void salt > empty greater soulgem
- 1 emerald, 1 void salt > empty grand soulgem
- 1 diamond, 1 void salt, 1 daedra heart > empty black soulgem
