Description
Solstice Manor sits atop the mountainside off Embershard Mine near Riverwood. You need both Hearthfire and Dawnguard DLC for this Player House Mod. I built this one primarily for myself, so it appears a bit regal. There are plenty of storage chests and some marked containers that will respawn (RS) for supplies (food, medicine). There are several rooms: The Main hall and Garden with skylight, Bedchamber with hidden room, Kitchen/Dining Hall, Store with 2 merchants, 2 followers, Chapel with Priest, back exit, entrance, and rumors of a secret Cavern & Bar with exit into Embershard Mine below...

M7, ver. 1.0, June 22, 2014.

Mod was created on June 21, 2014 (Summer Solstice).

- I added a waterfall in the dining hall that can be activated by lever.

it has folllowers and followers may be able to enter, though families requires a script or so i have heard.

this home is like, wow!!!!!!!! you know i hate you, but not your mod i have all my no good staff that i keep but nerve going to use, but, again ,what i though was going to be just another big !! home!! is cool thank you!! now i have the staff there you see why i hate u now i have lot of staff. but thank you the mod good work

@arthureibach - press Subscribe button above. then check the square on the Data Files folder for the Mod (.esp file). Then run the game. Be sure to have any DLC (Downloadable Content - Hearthfire / Dawnguard ) also checked before running the game. then look for the Map Marker to find the building (near Riverwood town).
