Megastructure Build Speed (MBS)

Description
This mod adds 4 edicts that give you a build speed bonus towards Megastructures. Useful for those who aren't willing to wait and those who want to avoid the endgame lag. The AI has their own cheaper edicts, because it needs to be babysitted.

Note, the AI never uses your edicts. I went into the AI control using the console, enabled the edicts. But the AI immediately disables those edicts.

Can this be given a 3.8 update, i know it probably does not effect game stability but i have had a few games break and am getting more and more concerned about what mods i can use and not loose a game to bug's

@Magnavier Can you explain ich which way the AI gets those edicts as well?
This seems like a great mod but i think its a bit too strong to be a viable choice since you dont really have a negative site

@dakota2424 & @Mitlof with the update the edicts shouldn't be disappearing upon activation, I'm still looking what causes the reduced costs not to be applied.

Yea i just deleted the NOR logic. You can add a prerequisite being the previous tier, with 'MBS' having no prerequisite.
