A simple mod that replaces the hunter's music for when you are pinned with It Has To Be This Way from METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE.

The music loops like it does BECAUSE of how the game handles certain audio, This is the same duration of the original sound file. Changing the length of the sound file to play more of the song would require far too much effort for me to bother.

THE MOD STILL WORKS. Any issue of it not playing is on YOUR end and I do not know how to help other than asking if you have anything that might conflict with this.
