Buffs for Willow that you can toggle in configurations:

INFINITE LIGHTER, because Willow has always been about the homely feeling of security of having her own mobile light source protecting her wherever she goes, before being recasted as a spellcasting witch with Wortox-envie and with these embers that look just a little too painfully like reskined Wortox souls. My guess is that the some of the Klei team themselves are not OK with the concept of a non-infinite lighter for our pyro, since, if you look at the code for the lighter, it's written in such a way that you can make it infinite with one simple line of code without any compatibility issues. Option of whether the Lighter is always infinite or whether it's only infinite on Willow.

ALWAYS IGNITE ENEMIES, since, if there exists one item in the DS universe that can ignite enemies, it has to be Willow's Lighter.

IGNITING MOBS WILL EXTEND THEIR BURN TIME, as opposed to simply attacking them, as is currently the case in Vanilla.

BIGGER CONTROLLED BURNING ANIMATION, because I myself have trouble distinguishing between mobs I've already ignited and mobs I haven't yet.

NEVER OVERHEAT, reasonable if you are playing with this funny season called summer.

EXTINGUISH FIRES BY HAND WITHOUT LIGHTER, a bit of a legacy thing since the Dumbledore lighter works pretty smoothly, but remains a nice option that also makes a lot of sense for a character whose pyromania does not come from her lighter but herself.

WHIMSICALNESS: Extend the 1.1x sanity modifier to foods, this means that if you eat Ice Cream you'll get 55 sanity instead of 50, which is currently not the case in Vanilla, and is a detail that I think the Devs should not have overlooked.
