Welcome, This mod fixes most of Max Payne 2 and probably almost everything and some things people still don't know how to fix and this time it's with a installer this fixes the widescreen, No GPU but only CPU in display adapter, and finally some Startup bug. Yet this is a compilation of mods I have found and made a installer for Max Payne.

Installation

1. Download MaxPayne2-FixItAll
from here: https://github.com/Bruhl00n/MaxPayne2-FixItAll/releases/tag/MP2
for you're Max Payne 2 directory

on 64-Bit Windows it should be at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne

on 32-Bit Windows it should be at
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne\

Why did you include d3d8to9? You can just enable it in the global.ini file from the widescreen fix.
