Cozy Electric Car (NO MODS)

Description
It's a little but fast electric car with 4 seats.

Warning: it's not very easy to use it on a mountain, in this case lower the engine value by, at least, 1.
It's difficult to turn around in narrow places

Instructions:

1- opens the door
2- turns on/off the lights
3- opens the hood
