Welcome to America (But Better). This is a slightly edited version of rp_downtown_v4c_v4. Feel free to use on your server if you want too.


New Features
=============
White House
New spawn
New spawn room with teleports to spawn blocking
New area across from the White House with a Beach-side Burger and outside seating
Underground area is now not underground to allow for more epicness.
Custom Bank
The place where the bank would be on Downtown Tits has had it's roof removed to allow for basing and more places to put stuff.
