Initial D Mazda RX-7 FC3S PROJECT.D (Ryosuke Takahashi ver.)

You weren't around for long, but you left a damn good impression.

This is the same RX-7 FC3S that is used by Ryosuke Takahashi in the Initial D series, but with the modifications performed to help it survive a battle with the racer known as "Shinigami", who wouldn't hesitate to attempt to murder Ryosuke on sight for... well, spoilers. It only appeared in that one race, and never was shown racing again after that in the series, but it's well loved among the fanbase for being the final form of the legendary "white comet", one of the greatest known racers in the entirety of Initial D's full story.

I should note that this car has had a few different designs depending on what it appears in; this particular model is accurate to it's appearance in the Initial D manga, which is slightly different from the car in the Arcade games and the Anime.
