Adds 14 new Dynamites that all do different things.

The Dynamites are:
- Bullet Proof Dynamite - Will not explode when shot/Exploded
- Crashmite - Crashes your game
- Dismembermite - Dismembers limbs 100% of the time
- Disintemite - Kills everything in a large Radius
- Fragmenite - Shoots a lot of Fragments (512)
- Chillimite - sets temperature to -270 C
- Massimite - Amogus
- Medimite - medium
- Minimite - small
- Napalmite - Creates a lot of fire
- OPmite - can't remember, kills things
- Prop Dynamite - does no damage
- Recyclmite - can be exploded infinite times
- Timed Dynamite - 5 second timer
