How to get a working GPS Navigation System

Do you always get lost or don't know how to get somewhere in the maps? Well this guide will be fixing that!

Introduction

Are you always getting lost in the maps? Do you need to go somewhere but you dont know where it is? If you are one of those, keep reading below

Step 1: Get to the map overview

If you want to get a GPS, you first have to enter the map overview. Press the M Key on your keyboard. The map overview shows everything in the map, from spawn points, to time trials, missions and even bus routes!

Step 2: Setting the GPS to where you want to go

After you find where you want to go in the overview map, press with your mouse where you want to go, and a blue line will come up. The blue line is the route of the way the GPS wants you to go.

Step 3: Getting to your destination

Once you've set your route to where you want to go, press M again to go back to your car. You should see some arrows. Those arrows are telling you where to go, so follow them.

Once you've followed the arrows, you should be at your destination!

weird, all maps that I have seem to work

I was trying in Italy and Utah Map

What map are you using? I know it works on all official maps and mod maps too iirc

I follow this procedure: i open map with M key, then it shows me the points of interest tab, but i click somewhere else on a random road, or parking lot, or wherever it's drivable, i double-click, i just left click or right click and it does absolutely nothing, game is at the last version

I only just used the navigation feature a few hours ago on WCUSA and it worked completely fine, same as all the other maps. On the latest 0.27 version btw

Well, that's what i've tried but i thought this feature have been lost from some newer versions on, anyway, if you're sure it should work this way i'll try that again ;) maybe i'm just doing something wrong without realizing

just click where you want to go on the map and it will show you the way. it doesnt have to be a point of interest, it can be anywhere

So you want to go to a random point thats not a point of interest?

but i mean if i can pick up a random point as a destination, which is NOT a point of interest
