Fue un importante complejo del sistema de depósitos, muelles y medios de transporte que aseguraba un eficaz punto de transferencia para las exportaciones agropecuarias, a mediados del siglo XIX.

It was an important complex of the system of warehouses, docks and means of transport that ensured an efficient transfer point for agricultural exports, in the mid-nineteenth century.

Solo con este asset? Eliminalo y descargalo de nuevo, por las dudas, pero, yo lo tengo descargado y ningun problema, solamente con este asset te pasa?

There is a dependency https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1893280245 that I spotted on Loading Screen Mod maybe you want to add that to the required assets. Not essential in any case
