Yennefer of Vengerberg
One of the main heroines of the witcher games, TV series and also the book saga. An old friend of Geralt, and the girl who struck the heart of the witcher. Yennefer of Vengerberg, born on Belleteyn in 1173, was a sorceress who lived in Vengerberg, the capital city of Aedirn. She was Geralt of Rivia's true love and a mother figure to Ciri, whom she viewed like a daughter to the point that she did everything she could to rescue the girl and keep her from harm. She helped advise King Demavend of Aedirn (though was never a formal royal advisor), a close friend of Triss Merigold, and the youngest member of the Council of Wizards within the Brotherhood of Sorcerers. After its fall, the Lodge of Sorceresses attempted to recruit her, but they didn't see eye to eye as the Lodge wanted to advance their own political agenda by using Ciri. //HOW SHE MET GERALT// One morning, a witcher intruded on her sleep, revealing himself as Geralt of Rivia and that he needed her assistance in healing his friend, Dandelion, who had been afflicted by a djinn. After an initially rough greeting where Geralt responded sarcastically to her questions, Yennefer agreed to heal the bard, but she secretly made preparations in hopes of capturing the djinn, after Dandelion makes his final wish. When Geralt tried to stop her from using Dandelion, her spell took hold of the witcher, charming him to do her will against those on the town council who were against her.

After Geralt is arrested, she has Dandelion, now awakened teleported out into town with instructions to make his wish to free Geralt. Yennefer tried to capture the djinn, but it fought her, destroying a good part of Rinde in the struggle, not knowing that the djinn's master was not Dandelion, but in fact, Geralt, who still held one wish. Geralt arrived to see Yennefer struggle with her spell, and he tried to stop her, leading them to fight one another. She got the better of him, and he revealed to her that he was the one with the last wish that could free the djinn. Geralt knew that the moment he made a wish, Yennefer would be too weak to contain the djinn and it would kill her. So Geralt saved their lives, by wishing their fates were tied together. Yennefer was grateful to the witcher, willing to bind himself to her, and the two began a relationship.
Triss Merigold
Triss Merigold of Maribor was a legendary Temerian sorceress of the 13th century. Called Fourteenth of the Hill by her contemporaries because she was erroneously thought to have been killed during the Battle of Sodden Hill, she passed into history as Merigold the Fearless. A member of King Foltest's royal council along with Fercart and Keira Metz, as well as a founding member of the Lodge of Sorceresses, she was involved in politics for most of her life. She was a skilled healer and carried with her many magical potions, but she never used them on herself because ironically, she was allergic to potions, and used amulets to treat herself. She was also quite a powerful mage, certainly when it counted most. She wore an amulet - sapphire overlaid with silver. She was friends with Yennefer and the witcher Geralt of Rivia, but also unhappily in love with the latter. Triss took care of Ciri at Kaer Morhen for some time and is like an older sister to her. It was through her intervention that Ciri was not subjected to harmful hormone changes at Kaer Morhen, stripping her of her secondary gender traits.
Cirilla
Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon (better known as Ciri), was born in 1252 or 1253,and most likely during the Belleteyn holiday. She was the sole princess of Cintra, the daughter of Pavetta and Emhyr var Emreis (who was using the alias "Duny" at the time) as well as Queen Calanthe's granddaughter. After Geralt of Rivia helped to remove Dani's curse, Dani asked what reward the witcher would like, and Geralt used the right of surprise, since it turned out that Pavetta was pregnant with Ciri, without Dani's knowledge.
Keira Metz
Keira Metz of Carreras was a sorceress and former advisor to King Foltest of Temeria, a role that had also been held by Triss Merigold and Fercart. In early 1267, Keira was serving as King Foltest's advisor when she and other mages in the North learned some of their fellow mages were planning to betray the Brotherhood of Sorcerers for Nilfgaard. Armed with this information, a conclave was called on Thanedd Island under the pretense of figuring out what they should do in regards to their positions as advisors to various rulers. In reality, Keira along with several others, including Philippa Eilhart and Sabrina Glevissig, planned a coup of their own to try and prevent the Nilfgaard supporters from putting their coup into play first. In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Keira Metz was in hiding, fearing the wrath of the witch hunters. She was first encountered while pretending to be a witch in the village of Midcopse. After spotting Geralt outside her cottage, Keira retreated to a secret, magically-generated chamber. She called out to Geralt from the top of a magic bath, and, when he arrived, coyly presented the witcher with a view of her nude form. From there, her and Geralt traveled to underground elven ruins near Duén Hen to look for Ciri. After wandering round in the dark, they encountered the Wild Hunt. One of the Wild Hunt warriors, Nithral, attacked them, and after defeating him, Keira and Geralt continued to find the mysterious elf's hideout. Throughout her involvement in The Witcher 3, Keira kept up a subtle, sexually-charged rapport with Geralt.
Philippa Eilhart
A sorceress and King Vizimir II's advisor and remained in Redania's court even after his death, for which she was likely responsible. She was one of the few sorceresses able to polymorph, and was thought to be "no less than three hundred years old" by 1267. She led the Thanedd coup against the Brotherhood of Sorcerers, intending to neutralize suspected traitors allied with Nilfgaard. Later, she helped found the Lodge of Sorceresses and was considered its leader. She was one of the victims of the Witch Hunts in the 1270s, having been tortured and killed by Archpriest Willemer's men. Many years later, she was exonerated and canonized as Martyr Saint.
Margarita Laux-Antille
Margarita Laux-Antille was a sorceress and a rector of Aretuza. She was also the granddaughter of the famous Ilona Laux-Antille and a founding member of the Lodge of Sorceresses. She had no interest in politics, but she cared deeply for her school and students. In 1263, Margarita met Lars, and the two quickly developed a passionate relationship. For four years, their connection slowly dissolved and Margarita felt isolated in her thoughts. This, and his ongoing marriage to another woman, led Margarita to end finally end. In The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings : Margarita Laux-Antille is mentioned by ambassador Shilard Fitz-Oesterlen, as one of the sorceresses accused to be a member of the conspiracy, which murdered both King Demavend and Foltest. She is also sentenced to death, as well as the other members of the Lodge of Sorceresses.
Francesca Findabair
Enid an Gleanna (Elder Speech: Daisy of the Valleys), also known as Francesca Findabair, was an elven sorceress, and was the queen (later duchess) of the elves of Dol Blathanna, as decreed by Emperor Emhyr var Emreis. She was also a founding member of the Lodge of Sorceresses after the fall of the Brotherhood of Sorcerers. When Francesca was younger she never considered the advantages of diplomacy. Believing direct action was the best way to ensure survival in regards to the human expansion. When speaking of the oppressive foreigners, she would often quote her father, Simlas Finn aep Dabairr, who had pure contempt for the ape-men. Francesca thus abhorred her father's decision to not meet them on the field of battle but rather sign a peace treaty with them. She saw this as a cowardly act and a spit in the face of all elves who wanted to be free of persecution. She beseeched her father to change his mind and fight the dh'oine. Simlas dismissed her pleas and forbade his daughter from getting involved. His words would fall on deaf ears. Inspired by the words of Aelirenn, Francesca defied her father's orders. She mustered her kin and joined the rebellion. She was lucky enough to survive the slaughter, yet her brash nature had cost her much. She had lost most of her companions, and the future potential of her race was all but obliterated. Her father, enraged by her betrayel disowned her and would never speak to her again.
Sabrina Glevissig
Sabrina Glevissig of Ard Carraigh was a Kaedwenian sorceress and an advisor to King Henselt as well as a member of the Lodge of Sorceresses. She was related to Jade Glevissig. In June 1267, she was invited to the Grand Mage's Conclave on Thanedd, and arrived on the last night of the month, the night of the banquet. At the beginning, she talked to Yennefer with her company, the witcher Geralt of Rivia, and the two exchanged some courtesy as well as hidden insults and parted ways. She then later talked with Marti Södergren about Geralt, who stood near them and could hear what they're saying. They talked mainly about his relationship with Yennefer and how they didn't understand how he could date her. Sabrina then said that if she had the chance she would bed him even on rocks; going as far to eavesdrop on his conversation with Dorregaray of Vole. In the 1180s, Sabrina was studying at the magical school of Aretuza on Thanedd Island. She made friends with the young Yennefer of Vengerberg, which developed into a rivalry, and the two graduated together in 1186.
Fringilla Vigo
Fringilla Vigo was a Nilfgaardian sorceress and a member of the Lodge of Sorceresses along with her fellow countrywoman, Assire var Anahid. She was also the second cousin of Anna Henrietta of Toussaint. She was a woman with natural grace, green eyes and close-cropped black hair. During the First Northern War Fringilla fought for Nilfgaard at the Battle of Sodden Hill where she blinded Yennefer who was fighting on the opposing side.
Shani
Shani was a medic, having studied at Oxenfurt Academy. She participated in the Battle of Brenna as part of the staff of Milo "Rusty" Vanderbeck's field hospital and, many years later, she became the Dean of the Department of Medicine of her alma mater. In 1267, Shani was a 17 year old, third year medical student attending Oxenfurt Academy. It's unclear how she and Dandelion met, but the two were friendly enough that when the bard came by to visit that year, he called her over from where she was sitting and the two pretended to flirt as Dandelion was being followed by some of Sigismund Dijkstra's spies. He then asked her to go and deliver a message to the witcher Geralt, who was hiding in Oxenfurt in his hunt to find the mage, Rience, and the two split off. While she successfully found and delivered the message, she and Geralt also proceeded to engage in sex before being interrupted by Dandelion and then Philippa Eilhart. As the group discussed the reason Geralt was in the city, the conversation turned to Rience and Shani spoke up, asking if he had a really bad burn mark on one side of his face. With everyone looking at her in wonderment, Shani explained that tuition was too costly for her stepfather to cover all of it so she'd been stealing supplies from the school and selling on the side to a local named Myhrman. One day when conducting such business, Myhrman had been entertaining a guest he called "Master Rience" with a burn mark on his face and who'd made unwanted advances at Shani before Myhrman told him to cut it out as he still wanted to do business with the medical student. With this new information, the group asked Shani to take them to the local, who was now Geralt's best lead in finding Rience.

As a fan of the series also, I like what you posted here however, the information about Fringilla Vigo repeats itself a couple times, FYI on the whole an enjoyable read of lore. :HappyMask:
