Taken from the smg_mp5 weapon script file so yeah, it uses the mac's sound for it
if you're asking it for making an addon, you can find the mp5 incendiary sounds in the Left 4 Dead 2\update\sound\weapons\mp5navy , you can also find the incendiary sounds for the other CS:S guns in there too, since the update file is basically where you can find stuff added on the TLS update.
