Redesigned combat!
  • Smash-inspired combat overhaul gives each character a full moveset of unique attacks and special attacks
  • Play as 5* different Don't Starve characters!
    replaces the F key with full movesets of unique attacks and special attacks
  • All new forms of movement to jump, dodge and dash around the 2D environment
  • Rack up damage on your opponents and knock them off the stage to win!

Different settings for different modes of play!
  • Fight through hordes of enemy spiders in the singleplayer/co-op game-modes
  • Or test your PVP skills against other players through the shoddy online match system!
  • Run large free-for-all brawls or elimination style 1v1 duels

Customize controls for keyboard or controllers!
  • IMPORTANT: You must have the clientside mod below in order to change your controls.
  • Smashup Controls Mod
  • Change your keybindings in the settings for the above mod


Create your own fighters or skins with custom mod characters!
  • Template characters available to start from on the Klei Forums! [forums.kleientertainment.com] (Or check the trailer description because steam hates links)
  • Includes tutorials for creating character sprites and movesets
  • Brief tutorial on adding character skins is coming soon! table.insert(GLOBAL.NEWWILSON_SKINS, "youranimbuildname") can be used to add to a list of skins

i know it has been years but PLEASE fix the lag for clients. It makes it unplayable for everyone except the host. I love this mod and that is the main issue for me

I still love this mod even after years. This mod is so creative and the mechanics are amazing. It is crazy how this mod has the best duo character mechanics I have ever seen in a platformer with Maxwell. The big issue (besides the lack of players and new characters) is the lag; The host always has a direct advantage due to actually being able to move. I would play this so much more if it was possible for everyone involved to play without handicaps. Thanks again Pickleplayer for one of the best mods on DST
