Star Trek: Delta Flyer

This is the Delta Flyer from Star Trek: Voyager. It was the Shuttle The crew built in the Delta Quadrant, with Borg enhancements. It is fully featured with weapons, shields, and a hyperdrive. IF you like it, please like and subscribe.

After Completing Voyager, I was hesitant to make a Delta Flyer as I wasn't sure I could make one that would fit in the shuttle bay, but as Voyager is leaving Netflix in the beginning of 2022, I've had a renewed interest, and came up with something that works. Ironically, it isn't much bigger than my Type-8 shuttle, yet features a hyperdrive and shields.

That said, the inclusion of a hyperdrive (and the space that took) did have a few drawbacks:
1) It is not as fast as some of my other ships
2) It does not carry a lot of fuel
3) The aft section is pretty tight, with the entrances to both the ship and the cockpit being just over 1 block wide. As a result, when landing on a planet, the ship's roll must be close to zero: that means you can land on a slope, but it must be pitched forward or back, the side to side must be level or ou won't fit through the doorway. This is true for most SV's using doors, however, it is more severe in this ship than most.

Finally, I wanted to make a special thanks to Scimitar. I used his model as reference to solve a couple issues and make some texture choices. His Delta Flyer can be found here:
