If this kind of mod still has a purpose in the new VFE-A then I'll make a version specific patch. But it seems they don't intend to make the features such as the supply slingshot locked to a certain starting scenario again, so I doubt such an update will be necessary.
It's also just a matter of "When 1.6?" being a more annoying question than "Why 1.6?" lol
If they do change the relevant code in the update process, or decide not to update Ancients at all and someone else decides to make a fork for it, then I will update this mod accordingly. I tagged it as 1.6 so that nobody will be waiting for this mod to be updated when all that needed to be done was to tell the game that it's 1.6 compatible.
