VFE - Ancients Constructable Supply Slingshot

Description
VFE - Ancients mod that makes the Supply Slingshot constructable as a part of the Isolationist meme. The materials and work required were already included in the original mod's data, this just enables it to be made.

Recommend using this as an alternative to the Comms Console and Orbital Trade Beacon, but does not disable them outright.

Obviously requires VFE - Ancients to function.

Credit to Oskar Potocki, xrushha, legodude17, Kikohi, Reann Shephard, and everyone else on the Vanilla Expanded team, will be taken down at their request if they feel the need.

Alright the VE team officially announced that VFE - Ancients will in fact be entirely rebuilt for 1.6 as a Quests Expanded module, as such I've reverted this back to not be labelled as compatible with 1.6.

If this kind of mod still has a purpose in the new VFE-A then I'll make a version specific patch. But it seems they don't intend to make the features such as the supply slingshot locked to a certain starting scenario again, so I doubt such an update will be necessary.

I don't follow them closely enough to know, but if that's the case then I'll try to adjust the mod in a way to make it still work in some capacity if at all possible, I'll have to wait and see what they actually release.

It's also just a matter of "When 1.6?" being a more annoying question than "Why 1.6?" lol

Well I've heard some seemingly true rumors that it's being given a sequel in the form of Vanilla Quests Expanded. Evidenced by it not being readied for 1.6 on their github unlike everything else.

Because 1.6 makes no changes that affect this mod, and the direct code it relates to in VFE Ancients should also unaffected. If/when VFE Ancients gets updated then this mod will be immediately functional unless they additionally decide to fiddle with the referenced code in the process.

If they do change the relevant code in the update process, or decide not to update Ancients at all and someone else decides to make a fork for it, then I will update this mod accordingly. I tagged it as 1.6 so that nobody will be waiting for this mod to be updated when all that needed to be done was to tell the game that it's 1.6 compatible.

When you update it to 1.4, please add a <downloadUrl> and/or <steamWorkshopUrl> to the About file as it always says in the startup log even when not active.
