Alternate Tier 5 Tech

"Theorys of near mythical properties of the universe made manifest"

Concentrates on discovering and utilizing Dark Matter, Nanites and Living Metal

Several new techs and weapons
7 new buildings
3 new jobs
1 new ap
1 Megastructure
1 Tradition
Many Ship sections

Tradition gives a new "total war" war goal

Stealth Shields, buff evasion and shield strength
Stealth Fighters, very fast with high shields
New Propulsion, Sensors and Reactor that concentrate on drastically improving jump drives
Scalar Cannon, weapon that is designed to attack all defenses at once and fire a constant beam, with 3 levels of minituarisation

"Nanite Soldiers" army that is either a much stronger assault army, or when available, a much stronger Gene-Warrior

New Ship Sections and Computers, Each tied to an "Advanced Hull" research
New stronger Titan Auras that have a expensive upkeep

New Juggernaut Section that is the namesake of this, a true mobile fortress

Improved Starbases and plattform sections
More economy starbase modules and buildings

Stellar Administration that raises admin cap and job output

Raised Titan and Juggernaut cap

Define tweaks
Leader max skill cap 50 (still have to increase the base level cap by other means)
Leader hires are changed every 5 years instead of 10

3 Civic choices

max planet building slots = 36, requires ui overhaul to be nice

Starbase and Fleet cap increase per 0.01 pop

Command Limit max 1000

Took a quick look and left the wrong fail text in, ill fix and update soon :)

I love this mod. I have a problem where It doesnt let me build the Stellar Administration. It says that I already have one but Ionly have the Stellar Asembly.
